Foyle (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) affirming a referees decision and order which granted Liquid Carbonic I/M Corporation (Employer) a termination of benefits and concluded that Employer was not obligated to pay Claimants bills for treatment rendered by Claimants mental health counselor. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
